Title: Sweet'n Sour Red Cabbage

Yield: 6 Servings

1 Med Red Cabbage, sliced
  Thin
1 Red Onion, sliced
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
1/4cSugar
1/2cCider vinegar
  Water to cover vegetables

In sauce pan, combine vegetables, salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar. Stir gently. Add enough water to cover vegetables. Cook over medium heat, stiring occasionally to make sure liquid is covering vegetables. (Approx. 6 minutes...longer if you prefer less crunchy cabbage.) Serve immediately.
